P: ¿QUÉ TIPO DE ARENA PARA GATOS RECOMIENDA EL VENDEDOR?
R: Sugerimos utilizar una arena para gatos mixta, como cajas de arena para gatos de base vegetal o de bentonita, y asegurarnos de que la arena para gatos sea más corta que 5 mm para un rendimiento óptimo.

P: ¿POR QUÉ NO PUEDO CONECTAR LA CAJA DE ARENA A MI TELÉFONO INTELIGENTE? ¿CÓMO CAMBIO A 2.4G?
R: La caja de arena Amicura solo admite conexiones de red de 2.4 GHz. Asegúrese de configurar su router a una señal de 2.4 GHz. Conéctese a una red wifi sin el sufijo 5G, active el Bluetooth y mantenga presionados los botones uno y dos del dispositivo hasta que escuche un sonido. How do i place an order?
From our Homepage, select the items you are interested in. Select color or size if applicable, and click ADD TO CART. When you are finished shopping, select CHECKOUT. Once your order is complete and your payment information is received, your selections will be shipped. You will be notified as to the expected shipping date and tracking number information.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free ground shipping on all orders $49.99 or over.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.For items that have not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order by sending a notification to support@amicurapet.com. If the item is already in the mail, unfortunately we cannot cancel the order directly and you will need to follow our return policy.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a Amicura purchase or gift for any reason, Amicura welcomes you to return new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases.

Is it really safe? I'm afraid of my cat got stuck in automatic litter box
Absolutely safe! The Cura series litter box is equipped with multiple safety sensors and certified by international testing agencies. It will immediately detect when your cat approaches and stop all operations. The system will not restart until your cat completely leaves the box. We always put safety first!
How do I choose the right Cura model?

My cat refuses to use the automatic cat litter box. What should I do?
Follow these steps:
Place the Cura next to the old litter box.
Mix 70% new litter with 30% old litter.
Start in manual mode (disable auto-clean for 3–5 days).
What kind of cat litter do you recommend?
We suggest using a mixed cat litter, such as plant-based or bentonite cat litter boxes, and ensure that the cat litter is shorter than 5 mm for optimal performance. Silica gel is allowed if it passes the sieve.
Is professional installation needed?  
No! The anti-slip base and leveling guide let you set it up in 5-10 minutes.  
Does Cura series cat litter box work with smart home systems?  
Cura 3 compatible with Alexa/Google Home , Cura 2/X1 use the app only.

What is the warranty covered?
1-year manufacturer's warranty (accidental damage, mechanical/electrical problems). Free repair/replacement, but you need to pay for shipping.
For products purchased via third-party retailers, distributors, or unauthorized platforms, please contact the seller directly for warranty support.
What if an item is out of stock? 
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an approximate shipping date. In almost all cases even if an item is out of stock we can ship within 10 business days.
How do I track my order? 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

When will my order shipped
Online orders are processed Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed, however orders placed Friday after 1pm PST/PDT will ship the following Monday as our shipping department is closed Saturday and Sunday. Items with longer processing and shipping times are marked at the top of the item page.
How long will it take to get my items?
We use DHL, UPSor USPS Ground, and most orders arrive within 7 to 21 days from when they ship. If an item ships directly from the manufacturer, it might take a bit longer. You’ll see this info on the product details page.

Returns & exchanges

What should i do if receive a damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving it. You can reach us at support@amicurapet.com. Make sure to include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and clear photos of both the damaged product and its packaging. This helps us assess the situation and speed up the process. Our team will let you know the next steps and assist you with a return or replacement if needed.
How can I return the product?
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return an item.
Just make sure the product is unused, unwashed, and still in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that discounted items, used products, and items without tags are not eligible for returns.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
