Q: WHAT KIND OF CAT LITTER DOES THE SELLER RECOMMEND?

A: We suggest using a mixed cat litter, such as plant-based or bentonite cat litter boxes, and ensure that the cat litter is shorter than 5 mm for optimal performance.

Q:WHY CAN'T I CONNECCT THE LITTER BOX TO MY SMARTPHONE, HOW TO SWITCH TO 2.4G?

Our litter box only supports 2.4Ghz network connections, please ensure to adjust your router to a 2.4Ghz signal. Connect to WiFi without the 5G suffix, turn on Bluetooth, and press and hold the first and second buttons on the machine until you hear a sound. After releasing, observe the speed of the signal light flashing. Begin pairing when it flashes quickly.

A: Yes, Our self-cleaning litter box is equipped with a safety sensor that will automatically stop working if your cat is inside the box. In addition, as soon as the cat pushes the door, the litter box will automatically stop.

Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

A: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an approximate shipping date. In almost all cases even if an item is out of stock we can ship within 10 business days.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

A: Online orders are processed Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed, however orders placed Friday after 1pm PST/PDT will ship the following Monday as our shipping department is closed Saturday and Sunday. Items with longer processing and shipping times are marked at the top of the item page

Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

A: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving it. You can reach us at support123@amicurapet.com. Make sure to include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and clear photos of both the damaged product and its packaging. This helps us assess the situation and speed up the process. Our team will let you know the next steps and assist you with a return or replacement if needed.

Q: HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

A: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return an item.
Just make sure the product is unused, unwashed, and still in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that discounted items, used products, and items without tags are not eligible for returns.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
